Sudafed Plus Blocked Nose Spray 10ml is a powerful solution designed to tackle the discomfort of nasal and sinus congestion caused by common conditions such as colds & flu, hayfever and allergies, and sinusitis. Its dual-action formula works quickly to unblock your nose, making breathing much more comfortable.

How Sudafed Plus Works

This innovative nasal spray contains two key active ingredients:

• Xylometazoline Hydrochloride: A trusted decongestant that rapidly reduces swelling in the nasal passages, helping to clear blockages and ease breathing.
• Dexpanthenol: A derivative of vitamin B5, known for its soothing and healing properties. Dexpanthenol helps to protect and promote the natural regeneration of the irritated nasal lining, which can often be inflamed during congestion.

Together, these ingredients not only provide fast relief from congestion but also care for your nasal passages, offering a more comfortable recovery. It's suitable for adults and children aged 12 years and over seeking effective short-term relief.

Adults and children aged 12 years and over: One spray into each nostril up to 3 times daily, as necessary.

• Do not give to children under 12 years old.
• Do not use more than 3 doses in 24 hours.
• Remove the plastic cap, insert nozzle into the nostril. Depress the pump by placing the fingers on either side of the nozzle. At the same time breathe in deeply through the nose. Repeat for the other nostril.
• Continuous use for over 7 days is not recommended.
• If you do not feel better or feel worse after 7 days of treatment, please consult your doctor.
• Use only in the nose.
• This medicine is for short term use only.

Do not use if you:

• Are allergic to xylometazoline or any of the ingredients in this medicine.
• Are under 12 years of age.
• Have dry inflammation of the lining of the nose (rhinitis sicca) or any other long-standing inflammation inside the nose.
• Have had your pituitary gland removed.
• Have had recent brain surgery (neurosurgery).
• Are taking, or have taken in the last two weeks, drugs for depression known as monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs).
• Are pregnant or breastfeeding.

Talk to your doctor or pharmacist before using this product if you have:

• High blood pressure or heart disease (e.g., long QT syndrome).
• Elevated pressure inside the eye (glaucoma), particularly if you suffer from narrow-angle glaucoma.
• Chronic rhinitis.
• An overactive thyroid gland.
• Diabetes.
• Adrenal marrow tumour (pheochromocytoma).
• A metabolic disorder called porphyria.
• An enlarged prostate.

This product should not be used in pregnancy or breastfeeding.

Using the spray wrongly, or using too much, can cause side effects. Using the spray for too long or at too high a dose may cause swelling and possibly damage the lining of the nose (rebound nasal congestion).

Avoid direct contact of this medicine with the eyes.

If you are taking any other medicine, consult your doctor or pharmacist before using this product.

Keep out of the sight and reach of children.
