The Dead Sea is renowned worldwide for being a centre for health research and skin treatment, and is a popular destination for those who seek the benefits of the air, mud and waters. One of its many historical references is that Cleopatra used to bathe in the waters to soften her skin.

Directions

Dissolve salts in a bath of 37 - 39°C. Relax and soak for 20 minutes 1-2 times per week. For general skin health and wellbeing add ½ - 1 cup (approx 100g - 250g) to your bath. To help soften and soothe dry, itchy skin use 2-4 cups (500g - 1kg). Foot Bath instructions: Dissolve - ½ - 2 cups (approx 100g - 500g) of salt in a warm 5 litre foot bath of approx 37°C. Relax and soak feet for up to 20 minutes, refreshing with additional warm water if needed.
