Thinking About Orlos? How It Can Support Healthy Weight Loss
In this guide
Successful weight loss starts with a healthy lifestyle: a low-fat diet, plenty of fruit and vegetables, and regular exercise. For those looking for additional support, weight loss aids such as Orlos can help boost your results.
How Orlos Works
Orlos is designed for people who are overweight with a BMI of 28 or higher. Its active ingredient, Orlistat, works by binding to enzymes that break down fat in your body, reducing the amount of fat your body absorbs from food.
For Orlos to be effective, it should be used alongside a low-fat diet and regular exercise. When combined with dieting, Orlos can help you lose extra weight—approximately 1kg (2lbs) for every 2kg (4lbs) lost through diet alone. The recommended dose is three capsules per day: one with breakfast, one with lunch, and one with dinner.
