Almus Aciclovir Cold Sore 5% w/w Cream 2g is most effective when applied at the very first sign of a cold sore, such as tingling, itching, or redness. Early application can help to reduce the severity and duration of the outbreak.

If your cold sore symptoms persist or worsen after 10 days of using Almus Aciclovir Cold Sore 5% w/w Cream 2g, you should stop treatment and consult your doctor or a pharmacist for further advice.
Apply a thin film of Aciclovir cream to the affected area five times a day at intervals of approximately 4 hours for at least four days omitting the night time applications.
Keep out of the sight and reach of children.
Use this medicine only on your skin.
Do not use in the eyes or on genitals.
