The Government’s Chief Medical Officer advises that women who are pregnant or trying to conceive should take 400μg of Folic Acid every day until the twelfth week of pregnancy.
No artificial colours, flavours or preservatives.
Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.

Adults and children over 12: Swallow one tablet daily, with a meal.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Consult your doctor or pharmacist if you are breast feeding,
pregnant, planning to become pregnant or taking any prescribed medicines.
Do not use if seal is broken. Replace cap after use.
