Been taking aspirin regularly and it’s one of those rare products that actually punches above its weight. Everyone knows it for pain relief, but the longer-term benefits are what stand out—particularly the evidence around cardiovascular protection and even reduced risk of certain cancers like colorectal. For something so cheap and widely available, the upside is surprisingly strong if used sensibly over time. Not just a painkiller—more like a low-cost, long-term health tool.
