When diarrhoea causes your body to lose essential fluids and electrolytes, Dioralyte Supplement Sachets Blackcurrant Pack of 6 offer a convenient and effective solution. These rehydration salts are specially formulated to replenish what your body needs to recover.

Description

Dioralyte Blackcurrant Powder for oral solution contains a balanced blend of glucose, sodium chloride, potassium chloride, and disodium hydrogen citrate. This combination works together to help your body absorb water and salts more effectively, fighting against dehydration.

Acute diarrhoea can quickly deplete your body's fluid and salt levels, making you feel unwell. Dioralyte rehydration salts are crucial for replacing these losses, especially for vulnerable groups such as children and the elderly. The pleasant blackcurrant flavour makes it easier to take, ensuring that you can rehydrate effectively and comfortably.

How Dioralyte Blackcurrant Sachets Work

Each sachet, when dissolved in water, provides an oral rehydration solution. The glucose in the formulation aids the absorption of water and key electrolytes (salts like sodium and potassium) from your intestines, helping to restore your body's natural balance. This process is vital for recovering from acute diarrhoea and preventing complications associated with fluid loss.

Weldricks Pharmacy offers Dioralyte Blackcurrant 3.56g Sachets 6 Pack for quick and discreet delivery across the UK, helping you manage symptoms confidently.

FAQ

How quickly does Dioralyte work to rehydrate?

Dioralyte starts working to replace lost fluids and electrolytes immediately upon consumption, aiding in rapid rehydration. Consistent use as directed is key for effective recovery.

Do I need to mix Dioralyte Blackcurrant Sachets with anything else besides water?

No, Dioralyte Blackcurrant Sachets should only be mixed with water as directed. Mixing with other liquids may affect the balance of salts and sugars, reducing its effectiveness.
Directions

Dioralyte must be mixed with water before taking. Prepare just before use. If refrigerated, the solution should be used within 24 hours. Always ensure the correct amount of water is used; do not use more or less than 200 ml of water.

  • Adults (including the elderly): Take one or two sachets after every loose motion.
  • Children: Give one sachet after every loose motion.
