Each pack contains 30 soft gelatine capsules, taken as one capsule daily, which can be increased to two if required. The Coenzyme Q10 is suspended in Rice Bran Oil within the capsule. HealthAid CoQ10 is free from yeast, gluten, dairy, salt, artificial preservatives and flavourings.
