Livercare provides 17 nutrients across two tablets, including seven B vitamins and related compounds each supplied at 200% or more of their Nutrient Reference Value (NRV):
- Vitamin B1 (Thiamine) contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism, normal function of the nervous system, and normal psychological function.
- Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin) contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
- Vitamin B3 (Niacin) contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and to the maintenance of normal skin.
- Vitamin B6 contributes to normal protein and glycogen metabolism and to normal function of the immune system.
- Folic Acid contributes to normal amino acid synthesis and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
- Vitamin B12 contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and to normal psychological function.
- Pantothenic Acid (Vitamin B5) contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and to normal mental performance.
The formula also includes MSM, Inositol and L-Cysteine, along with Milk Thistle (standardised to a minimum of 80% silymarin) and Turmeric Extract (standardised to a minimum of 20% curcuminoids) – both traditionally used botanicals.
