When sudden diarrhoea strikes, you need fast, effective relief. Imodium Diarrhoea Relief Capsules Pack of 12, containing 2mg of Loperamide hydrochloride, is a trusted solution to help you regain control and get back to your day. Available at Weldricks Pharmacy, we provide discreet packaging and convenient delivery options across the UK.

Description

Imodium Diarrhoea Relief Capsules Pack of 12 are specifically designed to treat both sudden, short-lived (acute) attacks of diarrhoea and longer-lasting (chronic) diarrhoea associated with Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) in adults and children over 12 years of age. For IBS diarrhoea, it is intended for individuals aged 18 and over who have a medical diagnosis of IBS.

Each capsule contains Loperamide hydrochloride 2mg, an active ingredient that works by slowing down an overactive bowel. This allows your body to absorb more water and salts, helping to restore normal bowel function and reduce the frequency of loose stools. It's a key medicine to consider for your travel medicine kit, particularly for managing unexpected changes in diet or environment.

How Imodium Helps You Feel Better

Loperamide hydrochloride helps to:

  • Reduce bowel movements: By slowing down the gut, it decreases the urgency and frequency of needing to use the toilet.
  • Improve consistency: It allows more water and salts to be reabsorbed into the body, leading to firmer stools.
  • Provide relief: Helps manage the discomfort and disruption caused by diarrhoea, allowing you to carry on with your daily activities more comfortably.

Weldricks Pharmacy offers reliable, affordable healthcare solutions for everyday ailments. Our commitment to friendly service and professional care ensures you receive quality products like Imodium Diarrhoea Relief Capsules Pack of 12, with the added benefit of dehydration awareness and advice.
