How Diphenhydramine Hydrochloride Works

Diphenhydramine Hydrochloride, the active ingredient in Sleep Aid 25mg Tablets Pack of 20, works by blocking certain natural substances (histamine) that your body makes. This action helps to reduce the time it takes to fall asleep and can improve the quality of your sleep, addressing those nights when you simply can't switch off. These tablets are ideal for occasional use when minor sleep disturbances disrupt your routine.
