1. Ensure your hands are clean and dry.
2. Take one Hush Plugz Silicone Ear Plug and roll it between your fingers for approximately 20 seconds to soften the silicone. It should form a ball shape.
3. Ensure your ear is clean and dry. Reach above your head to gently lift the top of your ear upwards and outwards, which helps to open the ear canal.
4. Place the softened silicone ball over the external ear canal entrance.
5. Using minimum pressure, gently press the silicone ball against your ear, flattening the edges to create a secure seal over the ear canal.
