They offer excellent noise reduction.
With clean hands, roll plug between fingers to soften the silicone. Mould into a ball shape.
Reach above the head to gently lift top of ear upwards and outwards to open the ear canal.
Place silicone ball over ear canal and flatten edges against ear to seal.
Use only as directed.
Performance may be reduced if instructions are not followed.
Store earplugs in original pack.
Do not wash or reuse.
Dispose after us.
