Lifesystems Expedition Midge Repellent DEET Free Spray 100ml

Lifesystems Expedition Midge Repellent contains the active ingredient Saltidin® to provide increased protection from midges and smaller biting insects.

The 20% Saltidin® based formulation offers medium-high level protection against biting insects for up to 8 hours. It is more suited for sensitive skin than DEET based repellents and is also suitable for use on children over 2 years of age.

To reduce the risk of bites, wear clothing so that minimal skin (such as face, neck, forearms, hands and feet) is exposed.

Apply to all exposed skin - dispense on to the palm of your hand and rub in well.

Apply sparingly on the face, neck and around the ears.

You may need to apply repellent more often in areas of high humidity or when you perspire a great deal.

You should reapply repellent after swimming or showering.

For a child, the repellent must be applied by an adult.

Do not apply to the child's hands.

Not suitable for children under 2 years of age.

Flamable.

In rare cases, DEET can cause skin irritations. If this occurs, wash with soap and water and seek urgent medical attention.

Do not apply to sunburnt or damaged skin.

Do not spray directly on face.

For external use only. Keep away from food, drink and animalfeeding stuffs. Do not breathe spray. Avoid contact with eyes. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice. If swallowed, seek medical advice immediately.

Products containing DEET can cause damage to clothes and so direct contact should be avoided.
