How to Apply Nicotinell TTS30 Patches:

1. Apply one new patch every 24 hours, preferably in the morning at roughly the same time each day.
2. Choose a clean, dry, hairless area of skin for application, such as the shoulder blade, hip, front or side of the chest, or upper arm. Avoid red, broken, or irritated skin, and areas that crease.
3. Cut open the sachet along the dotted line, taking care not to damage the patch inside.
4. Carefully remove the small section of the silver-coloured backing, then the larger section. Avoid touching the sticky surface with your fingers as much as possible.
5. Place the sticky side of the patch onto the chosen site.
6. Press firmly with the palm of your hand for at least 20 seconds to ensure the patch is securely stuck down.
