Cura-Heat Knee Heat Wrap - Targeted Relief for Joint Aches

Cura-Heat Joint Pain for Knee is a self-heating system that stays securely in place over the knee area. It delivers consistent, comforting warmth for up to 8 hours to provide targeted, temporary relief for joint aches and stiffness.

Simply open the sachet and insert the heat pack into the wrap pockets. These wraps are non-medicinal, portable, and discreet, making them ideal for use throughout the day to help maintain mobility and comfort.

Place the elasticated wrap over the knee area ensuring that the elasticated rim is above the knee and the Cura-Heat logo faces the front.

Open the Cura-Heat sachet by hand (do not cut with scissors) and remove the heat pack.

Insert one heat pack only into the wrap pocket on both sides of the knee.

HEAT PACKS SHOULD ALWAYS BE INSERTED INTO THE WRAP POCKETS.

There are sufficient heat packs for four single uses of one heat pack or two uses of two heat packs.

The pad is air-activated do not open sachet until you are ready to use it, the pad will warm up gradually within approximately 30 minutes.

If misused heat packs can cause burns even at low temperature.

Follow instructions and monitor frequently.

To prevent the risk of burns:

• NEVER APPLY HEAT PACKS DIRECTLY TO THE SKIN
• Allow air to circulate over the heat pack and do not apply pressure, for example by wearing tight clothes, tights or stockings over wrap
• If heat pack becomes uncomfortably hot remove immediately

Do not use heat patch on children 12 years and under.

Do not use in conjunction with other creams/ rubs/ lotions/ sprays applied to the skin or with/ near to other heat sources.

Do not use this heat patch over an area with the presence of redness, inflammation, over broken/ bruised or irritated skin.

Do not use this heat patch on those who have experienced an allergic reaction to medicines or cosmetics in the past.

Do not use if you are bedridden or prone to skin ulcers.

Do not apply heat patch on very thin clothes e.g. tights or netted underwear where the skin could be exposed directly to the heat patch.

Do not bring heat patch into contact with liquids.

Do not use heat patch on thin or delicate fabrics - the adhesive may cause damage.

Do not cut, tear or fold heat patch.

Do not microwave or attempt to re-heat the heat patch.

Do not knead heat patch - heat is released within minutes.
