Apply the product evenly covering the area to be protected, typically;

• ½ a teaspoon for your face
• 1 teaspoon for each arm and slightly more for each leg
• 2 teaspoons full for the back
• 2 teaspoons full for the chest’ and let it dry.

Apply every 1 - 2 hours to maintain protection, especially after perspiring, swimming or towelling.

Using less than the recommended dose will lower the level of protection significantly.
