Adult's Bath: Using the measuring cap, pour 15ml of E45 Bath Oil 500ml into a full bath of warm water.

Child's Bath: Pour 5-10ml of E45 Bath Oil 500ml into a small bath of warm water.

You can use more or less according to your needs. Relax in the bath for at least 10 minutes.

Shower: Pour E45 Bath Oil 500ml onto a sponge and massage lightly onto wet skin. E45 Emollient Bath Oil will gently cleanse your skin, so you do not need to use soap. Take care not to slip in the bath or shower. Gently pat skin dry with a towel.
