For optimal results, apply Fixodent Complete Strong Hold Denture Adhesive Fresh 70g as follows:

1. Clean and Dry: Ensure your denture is completely clean and dry before applying the adhesive. Keep the nozzle and cap dry to avoid clogging. If the tip becomes clogged, use a pin to reopen.
2. Apply Thin Strips: Apply the adhesive cream in thin strips as shown on the product packaging, or less. You might need a few tries to find out the ideal amount for your individual denture. The maximum size of each strip should be no more than 4x17mm.
3. Insert Denture: Insert your denture and hold it firmly in place for 5 seconds. If any adhesive oozes out around the side of your denture, you are likely using too much.
4. To Remove Your Denture:
   1. Loosen: First, lay out a towel in your sink to avoid breaking your denture if you drop it. Then gargle with warm water for about a minute to help loosen the dentures.
