Lamberts MagAsorb delivers 150mg of magnesium per tablet as magnesium citrate. Magnesium is an essential mineral involved in a range of normal bodily functions:

• Bones: contributes to the maintenance of normal bones
• Nervous system: contributes to the normal function of the nervous system and to normal psychological function
• Muscle function: contributes to normal muscle function
• Tiredness & fatigue: contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, and to normal energy-yielding metabolism

According to official UK dietary data, a significant proportion of adults do not consume enough magnesium through diet alone, partly due to the processing and refining of foods, and multivitamin supplements typically provide little or no magnesium.

Over 250mg of magnesium may cause stomach upset. Reducing or dividing the dose throughout the day may help.

Do not take with any other supplements containing magnesium.
