Release the spray by briefly pressing down on the pump. To administer:

• Lay your baby down on their side or sit them up with their head tilted gently to one side.
• Carefully insert the nozzle into the nostril.
• Press briefly to release the solution.
• Allow any excess solution to run out before gently wiping the nose.
• Repeat the process in the other nostril.

Use as soon as the first symptoms of a cold appear until the nose is unblocked, or as long as your doctor recommends. This product can be used on its own or alongside other nasal medication, following your doctor's advice.
