Calpol Calgel Teething Gel 10g

Calgel Teething gel:

Calgel is an effective teething gel, which It contains a gentle anesthetic to numb the affected area and a mild antiseptic to fight infection. Calgel is suitable for infants aged 5 months plus.

How to use Calgel Teething Gel:

Place a small amount of gel, about a third of an inch, onto a clean cotton wool pad or your finger and carefully rub it into the affected area. If necessary, repeat after 20 minutes, up to six times in a day.

Cautions when using Calgel Teething Gel:

-    Do not exceed the recommended dose of this medicine. Do not apply more than six times a day.

-    If symptoms persist, consult your doctor or dentist.

-    Stop using this medicine if increased irritation occurs.

Not to be used in:

-    Infants under 5 months of age

-    This medicine should not be used if you are allergic to one or any of its ingredients. Please inform your doctor or pharmacist if you have previously experienced such an allergy.If you feel you have experienced an allergic reaction, stop using this medicine and inform your doctor or pharmacist immediately.

Calgel Teething Gel contains:

Calgel Teething Gel contains the active ingredients: Lidocaine hydrochloride 0.33% w/w and Cetylpyridium chloride 0.10% w/w.

Other ingredients: Sorbitol solution (E420) (70%), xylitol, ethanol 96%, glycerol, hydroxyethyl cellulose, castor oil, polyoxyl hydrogenated (cremophor RH 40), hydroxypolyethoxy dodecane, macrogol 300, saccharin sodium, levomenthol, pharmaceutical liquid flavour (containing chamomile), caramel E150, citric acid monohydrate, sodium citrate dihydrate, and purified water.
