How to Use Lavender Oil 10ml

Always use Lavender Oil 10ml as directed below. For topical applications, it is essential to dilute the oil with a suitable carrier oil like almond or jojoba oil.

• Inhalation: Add 3-5 drops onto a tissue and inhale, or inhale directly from the bottle for a quick calming effect.
• Diffuser: Add 5-7 drops into your diffuser to fill the air with a therapeutic and calming aroma.
• Massage Lotion (Adult Use): Add 5-7 drops to a ½ oz. (approx. 15ml) carrier oil or an unscented natural lotion. Blend well before applying to the skin.
• Body Lotion: Mix 5-7 drops into ½ oz. of unscented natural lotion and apply to your body as desired for moisturising and fragrance.
• Bath: Add 5-7 drops to ½ oz. of whole milk or liquid soap, then pour into running bath water for a relaxing soak.
• Shower: Add 5-7 drops to ½ oz. carrier oil, rub all over your body. For an aromatic steam, add 3-5 drops of lavender oil to the shower floor as the water runs.
• Compress: Add 5-7 drops into a small bowl of warm or cold water, agitate well, soak a cloth, squeeze excess water, and apply to the affected area. The temperature of the water depends on your desired result.
