Panmigrol Tablets contain a triple action formulation of a pain reliever plus a booster – aspirin, paracetamol, and caffeine – which blocks pain signals, elevates your pain threshold and uses caffeine to enhance the pain relief effect.

Panmigrol Tablets provide effective pain relief for migraine with or without aura and can start to work within 30 minutes.

Not recommended for children and adolescents (under 18 years of age).

For headache:

Take 1 tablet with a full glass of water when headache pain appears. If needed, you can take another 1 tablet 4-6 hours later.

In case of more intense pain, take 2 tablets with a full glass of water when headache pain appears. If needed, you can take another 2 tablets 4-6 hours later.

Do not use Panmigrol Migraine and Headache Relief Tablets or Panmigrol Migraine Pain Relief Tablets for more than 4 days for headache without consulting your doctor.

For migraine:

Take 2 tablets with a full glass of water when migraine symptoms or migraine aura appear. If needed, you can take additional 2 tablets, with 4-6 hours between doses. If you get no migraine relief within 2 hours from the first 2 tablet dose of Panmigrol Tablets, you should seek the advice of the doctor.

Do not use Panmigrol Migraine and Headache Relief Tablets or Panmigrol Migraine Pain Relief Tablets more than 3 days for migraine without consulting your doctor.

CONTAINS PARACETAMOL & ASPIRIN. Do not take anything else containing paracetamol while taking this medicine. Talk to a doctor at once if you take too much of this medicine, even if you feel well. Please read enclosed leaflet carefully.

• Prolonged use except on your doctor's advice may be harmful.
• This product should be used only when clearly necessary.
• Do not exceed the stated dose.
• Aspirin should not be given to children, particularly those under the age of 16 years without medical advice.
• Do not take if you have or have ever had a stomach ulcer or other gastrointestinal disease or if you have worsening of asthma, urticaria or rhinitis associated with aspirin or other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs or are allergic to any of the ingredients.
• Do not take with other aspirin or non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs.

Keep out the sight and reach of children.
Any unused medicinal product or waste material should be disposed of in accordance with local requirements.

Each Panmigrol Migraine Pain Relief Tablet contain aspirin (250mg), paracetamol (250mg) and caffeine (65mg).
