Adults, the Elderly, and Children over 12 years:

• Squeeze 2 to 5cm (approximately 0.8 to 2 inches) of gel from the tube.
• Lightly rub the gel into the affected area until it is fully absorbed.
• The amount of gel squeezed is equivalent to 50 to 125mg of ibuprofen.
• Do not repeat the dose more frequently than every four hours.
• Do not apply more than 4 times in any 24-hour period.
• Always wash hands thoroughly after each application.

Children under 12 years: Do not use Phorpain Maximum Strength Ibuprofen 10% Gel 50g on children under 12 years of age.

Do not use Phorpain Maximum Strength Ibuprofen 10% Gel 50g if:

• You are allergic to Ibuprofen or any other ingredients listed in this product.
• You have asthma, allergic rhinitis (runny nose), or urticaria (itchy, red rash) and have had a bad reaction to aspirin, ibuprofen, or other NSAIDs in the past.
• The skin in the affected area is broken, damaged, diseased, or infected.
• You are in the last 3 months of pregnancy, or if pregnant or breastfeeding, unless advised by your doctor. During the first 6 months of pregnancy, use only if clearly necessary and with the lowest dose for the shortest time.

Important precautions and warnings:

• Do not use more gel than the label instructs.
• Keep out of the sight and reach of children.
